We Survived!

Yeah, We Did It!

The Post Placement visit was a piece of cake! Our new social worker is very nice and down to earth, so things should go well from here. Noah, our normally shy child, was full of energy and kept us on our toes, but after we got him some books he was fine. Elias was very interested in showing the Social Worker all of his new words and babbled the poor woman's ears off :). Now I have to get some pictures printed off for her and we are done with that. I'm not sure it's worth the money we have to pay to do it, but that's a totally different story.

Elias has been learning some new tricks that I'm not sure I'm excited about. He seems enjoy seeing how high he can climb on things. His favorite spots are the back of the sofa and standing on the chairs. I'm trying to teach him that we don't really do that, but he just laughs at me... I'm in so much trouble with this one :). Noah has been telling lots of stories lately about his new friend "super boy" who saves the day by doing all sorts of crazy things. He is quite the character (this was they boy I wasn't sure would ever talk).

More Shameless Kid Pics...

This smile was given right after I was trying to get him to stop climbing!

This is what I get when I ask Noah to smile for the camera...need to work on that one :)

  1. You're in trouble once Noah hits 7-8. The goofy smiles aren't supposed to start till then. If that is what you're getting at at 4, then I hate to see what goofy grins you'll get in 2nd and 3rd grade...Nathan is finally coming out of it (thank goodness)!
